Join Head Pitmaster of Hill Country, Chris Stark as he takes you on a deep dive of everything brisket! The class will go over:

-Trimming and Seasoning

-Smoke and Wood 

-Carving and Eating

Each class member will get to season their own 5 to 6 lb brisket (provided by us), which we will then smoke overnight in our smokers to be picked up the following day between 11am and 1pm to enjoy at home! Each ticket also comes with lunch on May 20th after the class!

Following the class, lunch will be provided as well as a special tasting and instruction from the team at Garrison Brothers Distillery!
