HILL COUNTRY IS FULLY BOOKED FOR THANKSGIVING DINNER AND WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY MORE RESERVATIONS!

Hill Country is serving a Texas-sized feast on Thanksgiving Day—Thursday, November 23rd with 90 minute seatings starting at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm at our New York City flagship. Bring the whole family for pit-smoked turkey, our signature barbecue, and all the traditional Thanksgiving fixins and desserts. 

Includes:

• A platter of our signature pit-smoked turkey, brisket, and spare ribs
• Sweet Potato Bourbon Mash, Classic Stuffing, Green Bean Casserole, Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Longhorn Mac n' Cheese, Collard Greens, and Cranberry Sauce
• Your choice of Pumpkin Pie, Apple Streusel Pie, Bourbon Pecan Pie, Banana Pudding, or PB&J Cupcake
• Fountain beverages, including lemonade and iced tea
