Celebrate the Summer with Hill Country & Kimchi Smoke!

We're teaming up with Kimchi Smoke are partnering up to kick off the summer and celebrate brisket at their Brisket Session on June 9. 

Kimchi Smoke founder Robert Cho will join Hill Country executive chef Ash Fulk in a discussion about brisket, barbecue, and everything in between moderated by Nick Solares while guests enjoy a tasting of their smoked brisket and pickles. Well-known for his Korean-influenced Texas barbecue, Robert is a staple in the New York and New Jersey barbecue scene. His food has been lauded by Food and Wine Magazine and NJ Monthly, among others, and he is a two-time winner at Brisket King NYC. 

Robert and Ash will present a tasting of their briskets and unique takes on pickled cabbage. For Robert, his signature kimchi, and for Ash, Hill Country’s staple Chow Chow.
