HILL COUNTRY HOMECOMING

Evan LeRoy is returning to Hill Country for ONE NIGHT ONLY on October 1st as a Guest Pitmaster in New York City. He’ll be serving up his signature Pastrami Beef Cheeks and Barbacado.

Evan was on the Hill Country team from 2010-2012, after which he moved down to Texas to continue making awesome barbecue. He opened his own joint, LeRoy & Lewis, in 2017, which was featured on last year’s Texas Monthly Top 50!
